Sure: Certainly the description you have left of the uterine fibroids can be treated by myomectomy. The approach for a myomectomy can be a traditional open or large scar laparotomy. But, even with the multiple fibroids you describe, a laparoscopic or robotic assisted myomectomy may be a better choice for you.
