I noticed a hard lump on my labia in the shower. it was a black hard lump. i thought it might be an ingrown hair or something so i squeezed it and used a sharp tweezer to open it up. it was just blood. clot? i can't get to stop bleeding. help?

This lesion probably was of vascular nature and this would explain brisk bleeding. Apply cold compresses but proceed to the hospital ER if bleeding persists.
