I have 2 questions. 1. will i get a bonded retainer and a clear retainer or only 1 of them? 2. does the color silver have an effect in whitening the teeth in the process of braces?

Question 1: Ask your orthodontist since they know your treatment plan, we do not. Question 2: Tooth whitening procedures should not be attempted while brackets are bonded to your teeth. Wait until treatment is completed.

!. Type of retainer is at Orthodontist's discretion based on your pre-treatment malocclusion. 2. "Silver" coloring not a dye. Braces do not discolor teeth. Poor oral hygiene does. Do whitening after braces are removed. Otherwise you will have white teeth with yellow spots where bleaching agent is blocked from reaching tooth surface. Discuss this with your General Dentist.
