In general among physicians, is my liver cancer diagnosis regardless of the stage viewed as a serious illness or something of "some concern" illness?

These are subjective terms that mean different things to different people. How serious it is depends on the kind of cancer (there are many possibilities) and how effectively it can be treated. This is something to discuss with your doctor; no distant forum adviser can have enough understanding of your particular case to give you a clear answer. Good luck.

Cancer diagnosis most any place specially the liver is viewed as serious by physicians. The degree of seriousness will depend on the kind of cancer and whether primary or from another site.
