Ondansetron and metoclopramide are the most commonly used. Ondansetron + effexor, has an increased risk of QT prolongation, which is an ECG finding. Rexulti + metoclopramide both have a risk of inducing movement disorders. The risk is increased when taken together. Palonosetron and alosetron are similar to Ondansetron but were not shown to cause significant QT issues.
