How do i get rid of boil on my buttock?

First apply hot ( not boiling) wet compresses for 15 minutes several times to bring the abscess to a head&drain pus. If it drains, apply isopropyl alcohol to the surrounding skin to kill the staph germs. Apply a loose sterile gauze over the lesion & use paper tape to hold it. Do this once or twice daily. If the boil enlarges, increases in pain&doesn't drain,it will have to be drained by an MD.
