I noticed a bump on my chest 2 weeks ago its a inch below neck and in the centre i don't know how long it's been there only can see it in mirror it looks like it connects the ribcage i'm skinny and there's no symptoms should i worry?

Worry is not productive energy. Better to see the PCP/GP and have the 'bump' examined. zit might be benign and if not; the appropriate attention will follow.
