Not necessarily. Some STD's produce only localized issues & do not trigger a system response with such markers, others would.

Most STIs would not be likely to cause elevated inflammatory markers (ESR or CMP), especially in the first week or two. Syphilis of a few weeks duration or more could do it, and so might a fairly severe case of primary herpes (initial infection with HSV but not recurrent herpes). HPV no. Gonorrhea or chlamydia maybe, but only with complications like PID in women or very severe symptoms in men.
