No...however...: If you are reasonably concerned you may have an STD, then you should address that prior to donating blood. Conscientious donors are the backbone of a healthy blood supply--we need you & you need to be healthy. They do screen for some bloodborne "STDs" (hepatitis, HIV), but can't test for everything.
