Should i be concerned about one red single lump that comes and goes on the side of my stomach? it doesnt hurt nor itch?

If it fluctuates in size, it must be a cyst that drains & then fills up again. It doesn't appear infected. It has characteristics of a benign lesion but a physician, dermatologist or surgeon would have to inspect it and advise you.
