The noise you hear is likely just air moving through your Eustachian tube to enter the middle ear space. The entering air moves the ear drum so you "hear it". Jaw movements straighten the tube making air movement easier. It is of no real importance.

May be arthritic changes in jaw joint or disc degeneration. May be associated with your grinding (bruxism). A night guard may help. See your Dentist.
