Consistent nipple pain for two weeks. i have never had this happen. it started after ovulation and two weeks later they still hurt. what could it be?

It can be the hormonal changes after ovulation. It can be the way your nipples have been stimulated repeatedly during sexual interaction. It can be from irritating your nipples with clothing or with sweat due to a lot of exercise. It is not clear specifically why it is happening.
