Yes: Home pregnancy tests can show positive as early as 3-4 days after implantation. Implantation generally occurs 6-12 days after ovulation. So if the egg was fertilized right at ovulation and you used the most sensitive home test it could be positive at 9 days. On average it is 13-14 days after fertilization/ovulation when it is positive. We generally recommend that you wait until you have missed.

It's pretty early!: You could be pregnant! Certainly some women feel different and suspect pregnancy very soon after ovulation, but there is absolutely no way to tell at this stage. Often women are extra vigilant about noticing bodily changes during this time, particularly if they are attempting pregnancy. I advise you to relax and wait until you've missed your period; then do a home pregnancy test. Good wishes!
