Few months out of year since 3 years ago, nipples will turn dry/crackly/scaly. when picked with, there will be small sores and scabs. what could this be, and how can i remedy this?

In some cases dry cold conditions can bring this about, Stay hydrated, use a moiturizing cream or otc cortisone oint ment for a few weeks. If not better pl see a dermatologist. Hope you do well
