There are some things which are difficult to explain and can only be speculated on. Some changes brought about the hormonal change, slight irritation of the bladder trigone (a sensitive area just near the cervix)etc. If your Gyn exam is normal than there is nothing to worry about. It may also right itself spontaneously.
