Not normal: Unless you are drinking a lot more fluids, increased urination could be a sign of a bladder infection. Now if you pee a lot after every period and it then goes away, your body might have a unique reaction to changes in your hormones. But this is not likely.

Normal: I would say that urinary frequency during your menstrual period is not at all unusual. It is common to retain significant amounts of fluid during the week before your period commences(a cause of premenstrual tension)and because of the hormonal changes during your period you simply excrete the excess fluid.
