At what age do the testicles not need to be examined anymore at a physical exam?

When you are dead. Testicular cancer r other disorders are more common at some ages than others, but a good general exam on an adult male will include testis and a rectal exam. If you want a clean bill of health you don't avoid the full evaluation.

Depends upon the specialty. Pediatrician should at every gen. exam. So should GPs Urologists at first visit and every visit if symptoms indicate
