This appears to be a wrong spelling for a common prescribed medicine. It would be prescribed by any physician you have an established relationship with that can document the reasons for the medication in a retrievable patient record. Proper vital signs and exam are part of the process. Physicians who prescribe to patients they do not know for reasons they cannot document can lose their license.
