I used bianca for 2 years and it worked great but my skin started breaking out so i upgraded to 0.05% tretinoin and mindocyline. should i start the 0.05 by using it 3 times a week and using bianca on the other nights. my doctor did not specify?

You just use tretinoin 0.05% (twice stronger than the tretinoin 0.025% in brianca) and oral minocycline. Please note that the systemic absorption of topical tretinoin is negligible but the risk of intracranial hypertension can't be overlooked when using oral minocycline and topical tretinoin together.
