NGU is not a part of signs of acute symptomatic HIV infection. Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma genitalium, and Ureaplasma urealyticum has been implicated as an etiologic agent of NGU.

You know that avoiding testing for fear of the result is always wrong. When testing is finally done, there is always relief, even if the result is the one you don't want. Fear of the result always is more stressful than knowing. Almost certainly you don't have HIV, but the answer to your fears is to be tested. Just do it.
