I have these red shiny spots on my penis and theyve been there for months. ive already been checked for stds and everything came back negative. i was told they were just dry skin spots but they havent gone away. i have no pain or discomfort?

The large majority of genital skin problems are not STDs and there are many other dermatologic conditions that could cause "red spots". See a dermatologist. Good luck.

In some uncircumscribed males small reddish 'geographic' patches can occur at times. The cause is not exactly known. and most disappear in time. Try keepng the glans exposed (uncovered) and local cortsone ointment. Hope you do well
