I have big saggy breast nipple pointing downward and half areola under the breast.my 3 month old healthy child finds difficult in latching.is this due to shape of my breast ?my milk seems decreased also. what to do?

Do not be so self critical, your breast can still be adequate for your baby if you increase you fluid intake that should increase the milk production. The latching may be made easier by putting your baby on a lap pillow to elevate the baby to the breast; and that would reduce the drag down of your nipple as well.
