When i bend down or raise my head i have a severe pain in the back of the head which is often accompanied by dizziness and vomiting... i have had an x-ray and a magnetic scan but no one can make a diagnosis! they told me it's migraines?

Based on your brief description, some of this might be consistent with migraine, but would exclude occipital neuralgia first as a more likely explanation. Suggest a second opinion with a neurologist.
