I do not have tonsils. however for a while now i have noticed these fleshy bumps in my tonsillar region with paleness of the skin surrounded by purple looking skin. i also believe i have cobblestone throat. does this sound like anything serious?

You may have had the "palatine tonsils" removed but there will always be individual collections of tonsil like tissue in your throat from the mouth to your anus. The cobblestone label may apply or not. The cited information sounds normal.
