Sperm are fragile, dying in minutes when not in the vaginal mucus. Oral saliva is toxic to them. Chances of pregnancy in the cited situation approach zero.

Pregnancy occurs when fresh sperm enters the vagina during ejaculation. Sperm dies in 3-5 minutes outside the vagina, the acidic saliva kills any oral sperm. In your case no pregnancy is possible because no live sperm entered your vagina. In future learn to practice safe sex.

Pre-ejaculate does not have sperms. Besides if you had sperms in your mouth and then they got into his and then into the vagina- they would be dead as sperms do not survive with saliva and die within a few minutes of ejaculation if not in the vagina
