I have constant mild to moderate back and hip pain. a recent x-ray shows mild arthritis on back. when i take aleve, the pain significantly subsides. i recently had an ana test, and the results were positive at 1:160 speckled. what can this mean?

In order to diagnose an autoimmune disorder, one requires more than just a positive ANA & I don't think your back/hip pain is enough. I suspect that you have some spinal osteoarthritis as the cause of your symptoms. A rheumatologist can evaluate and advise you best though. Any other appropriate testing will be ordered.
