I am currently recovering from septic shock. my current labs are showing that my rbc is 3.54, hemoglobin is 10.6, and hct is 32% are these concerning numbers? theyve dropped since friday?

It is likely you were treated with a lot of IV fluids as part of the treatment for septic shock and this would dilute these lab values. You would need a blood transfusion if your hemoglobin becomes less than 7 or if you become symptomatic of the anemia. The anemia should improve once the fluid intake is normalized.
