This is likely a pulled muscle or a muscle strain/sprain. You should rest, elevate your leg and apply ice to the area for the first 24 hours. You can take acetaminophen or ibuprofen for the discomfort. If it feels no better by the next day, then have a doctor examine it to be certain there is nothing more going on. Good luck!

You can try local heat and otc ibuprofen for a few days. You probavbly sprained the area. If not better in a few days pl see your doc. And be careful next time. good luck
