I knocked my adam's apple when putting on a jumper, felt a lump in throat. a day later the lump returned when i swallowed a big vitamin? should i be concerned? have i damaged my thyroid?

I'm not sure what the lump that came,went&returned upon swallowing a large tablet is, but I doubt you injured your thyroid gland. If things don't feel right with your neck or throat, if there's a swallowing issue or if there's a lump in your neck, you will have to have an examination by your physician or an ENT specialist with special attention to the thyroid cartilage and the entire throat& neck.
