There is no risk of pregnancy with a hand job. However, it is possible to get pregnant even if he pulled out. There is a chance of getting pregnant with pre-ejaculation just before a full ejaculation.

No pregnancy fif some rom HJ, since no sperm entered vagina. How do you really know if some ejaculation didn't occur. All and any unprotected sex is subject to unwanted pregnancy.
