Almost impossible: The odds that viable sperm could withstand the likely spermicide in the condom, hand-washing and being outside the male/female reproductive systems for that length of time, not to mention then having to navigate your female reproductive tract to lead to fertilization are like winning the lottery. I would be more worried if you became pregnant that the condom broke.
