My daughter 15 done sit and stand test at home, blood pressure was 112/78 sitting then went to 134/74 standing. pulse went from 121 sitting to 156 standing all within 5 mins she experienced dizziness and palpitations during this test what could it be?

The symptoms cited are too vague for a label. The resting heart rate is elevated and the test does little more than aggravate it. Have the kid seen for a thorough history/exam and tests. Then you will be on the way to finding out a cause.
