You'll need to see a doctor in person to work this out. Given your stated age (11 yr), presumably you are not yet sexually active. If you are, these symptoms are highly suggestive of an STD, perhaps with pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Do not delay getting care, especially if the pain is severe and/or you have fever.
