I have a leg that swelled from excessive fluid . the doctor has gotten the sores to heal but there is still infection under the skin . i s there any way i can get the infection out, like some kind of cream?

It's not entirely clear what you mean by infection "under the skin". If there is redness of the skin and tenderness to the touch, you likely have cellulitis and need antibiotic treatment. The best approach depends a lot on the cause of the "sores" you had. Applying antibiotic or other creams is not likely to help. Discuss this with your doctor. Good luck.
