Seek medical advice : I agree with the previous doctors opinion. You have to be more specific. if the problem is on the bottom of the heel or on the posterior aspect of the heel. Also symptoms would be helpful when it bothers you the most and the type of symptoms. I concur examination and further work up would be required given the information
