I'm on depo shot next week thursday im due for my 3rd shot but since last sunday up until today i notice spotting like twice a day it stop for 2days then i will spot again .is this normal?

There is time in excess for effectiveness of "Depo" beyond the "every three month" renewal, so the "spotting" is probably not related to the Depo medication. If you have been sexually active, spotting can occur from cervical inflammation . See your GYN physician for an exam, and additional testing/treatment.
