At age 22 years the problem is probably NOT pre - menopausal. One probably means PRE- Menstrual (before menstruation comes for the month or so). If it is pre-menstruation it will be helpful if the specific symptoms are listed so that appropriate response can be given. Meanwhile a visit with the PCP or Gynecologist can help to manage the issues.
