Hi a recent scan showed a 4cm cyst on left ovary. it also said no vascularity noted within a smooth solid module. but the 0 rads 4 has me worried does this mean it is malignant? seeing a gynae soon hopefully but very anxious right now. thank you?

Scan of an ovarian mass with "no vascularity" shown does not usually mean a malignancy. Your GYN physician may want a biopsy (laparoscopic) which will be definitive regarding the diagnosis.
