If the bacteria causing the UTI are sensitive to Augmentin, and you do not have any complicating factors for a UTI, then 5 days would be enough time. Having said that, Augmentin is not the best choice for most UTIs so if you are still having symptoms, you may need a different antibiotic. Call your doctor if you are still having symptoms.
