I live in mexico and i was prescribed numencial (50mg sulpiride 2.5mg diazepam) for anxiety attacks. how long before an anxiety inducing event do i have to take it? can i take it just once or do i have to take it daily to build up in system?

This medication is not used as needed but I am not sure if your condition is severe enough for its daily use and it carries the risk of addiction. If possible, you should see a psychiatrist for a better therapeutic option. However, if you decide to take it then you have to take it daily. Good luck.
