: Unless this is tanning from chronic sun exposure, I would consider this hyperpigmentation from medications, prediabetes&amp; elevated insulin levels,other hormonal factors or other systemic disorders. A dermatologist would be best to evaluate &amp; advise you. Appropriate testing will be ordered.
