This could be from your sunburn. Any swelling or inflammation in the area of a lymph node can cause the lymph node to be swollen. If the enlargement persists, gets worse, or becomes red or painful, or you develop a fever, please see your doctor for an examination. Also, if your sunburn is not healing, please also see your doctor.
