Conceivably a yeast infection could do this, and yeast infection sometimes is promoted by antibiotic treatment. The cephalexin (Keflex) probably was a mistake and may have contributed to your symptoms. However, the most likely explanation is psychological, i.e. anxiety magnifying your sensations. I doubt anything is physiological wrong or abnormal.
