My cycle has been less heavy this month and different. i was on flagyl and doxycycline for a week for bv and what i assume is pid. could that affect my cycle? i finished the flagyl yesterday and i finish the doxycycline tonight. anxious?

I don't think BV would have any effect on your hormonal balance and affect your menstrual cycle itself. On the other hand a flare of PID could delay the start of your cycle and there would usually be significant associated discomfort. Your gynecologist can advise you best however.
