I think i accidentally took double my dose of fluoxetine (80 mgs) instead of 40 today. its 3 hours in and i feel fine i think. should i be concerned? i experience health anxiety & ocd daily, so im a bit worried that something bad could happen?

This happens and usually there's no harmful effects although you may experience a bit of a increase in nervous energy. If you're feeling ok tomorrow, return to your usual dose, but if you feel uncomfortable notify your prescribing physician and obtain instructions.
