I have been on birth control for about 2 and a half years, i take the placebo pill every month. this month i took my placebo pill week and i havent gotten my period. i have done 3 pregnancy tests this week and they have all been negative?

You should continue with the new OC pack. Missed period can still happen when taking oral contraceptive. Conception is very less likely with 3 negative pregnancy tests and you are taking contraceptive. Take care.
