Can i take tylenol with codine the day before a colonoscopy?

If you take it 24 hours prior, it should not be an issue if you metabolize the codeine normally. If you take it within 24 hours of the procedure, let the doctor know about it since it may still be in your system and it may affect the medicines given for the procedure.
