If you were born like that than it is not a medical condition or disease. If bothered a cosmetic surgeon can correct it. Good luck

A deviated septum can cause one nostril to appear larger than the other. Surgery can correct this. Also constant picking of nose can stretch tissue to appear larger. Consult your ENT doctor.
