I did an abdominal scan because of the pain i do have at my lower right abdomen especially when making love with my fianc and the results says :1 acyesis, 2 (r) ovarian cyst please whats does this implies? can i get an explanation of the two result?

Acyesis just means you aren't pregnant. The ovarian cyst might be the cause of your pain; discuss with the doctor who ordered the scan, probably your gynecologist. Good luck.
