The seeds do have an anti-contraceptive effect from the aqueous extract of the seeds BUT how much and when to use to be effective is not known. Therefore do not think of using this for birth control. Effective proven birth control is what to use for prevention of pregnancy and you should discuss this at a clinic before engaging in sexual activity.
